Serving as counsel in the General Liability Practice Group, Sahil defends assorted disputes, including high-exposure labor law actions, commercial motor vehicle collisions, premises liability matters, including those in large sports arenas and music venues.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Sahil was a senior associate at boutique firms where he defended individuals, municipalities and Fortune 500 companies in general liability matters, including transportation liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and employment discrimination. During his tenure at these law firms, he defended these matters from inception to resolution resulting in several favorable outcomes for his clients.
Sahil obtained his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he earned a Merit Scholarship and was a 2006 Charles Revson Law Student Public Interest Fellow. During his legal studies, he studied abroad in Potsdam, Germany, in a comparative law program in the summer of 2005. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English at Binghamton University. Prior to college, he attended public schools in New York City, including the prestigious Bronx High School of Science.
Sahil is of South Asian descent but has lived in the U.S. since early childhood in Manhattan, NY, and now lives on Long Island. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, which includes his wife and two children, and reading.
