Royce draws upon his extensive business background in the food and hospitality industries to help clients navigate all aspects of transactions and general corporate governance. His dedication to obtaining the best positive outcome for clients is guided by his experience of being in their shoes.
Royce Liu is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Corporate Practice Group, where he focuses on a range of corporate and business matters. Royce has experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, entity selection and formation, and various other general corporate governance and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Royce was a corporate associate at a major international law firm and another major New York law firm.
In law school, Royce served as senior associate editor for the Hofstra Law Review, President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, vice president of the Veterans Law Student Association, and a civil procedure teaching assistant to Professor J. Herbie DiFonzo.
Royce also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Jack B. Weinstein in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Hon. Anthony W. Paradiso in the Nassau County District Court.
In his spare time, Royce enjoys discovering new restaurants and deepening his knowledge of wine.
