Tricia takes a personal interest in her clients. She loves working with them to achieve their goals. Tricia is very responsive, and her clients know she is focusing on them and their concerns.
Patricia C. Marcin concentrates in trusts and estates. Her practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents and all phases of estate administration, including the analysis and review of estate and fiduciary income tax issues and administrative and legal issues in each estate. She counsels her clients in a very personal way, addressing each client’s particular desires and circumstances.
Tricia has authored articles on various estate planning and trust and estate administration topics, and she writes a monthly column called “Wills, Trusts & Estates: Plain & Simple” for Stroll Lloyd Harbor. She also speaks frequently at conferences about tax and legal issues in estate planning and estate administration, including for the New York State Society of CPAs and the New York State Bar Association.

A member of the Huntington Hospital Board of Advisors, the Northwell Health Professional Advisory Committee, and the Long Island Estate Planning Council, Tricia is also the chair of the New York Community Trust-Long Island and a member of the Board of Governors of Touro Law Center.
