Nadia Udeshi is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Nadia worked in litigation and legal contracting support roles at a Fortune 500 insurance company for seven years. By working closely with attorneys on complex matters, she gained invaluable insight as to the unique legal goals and challenges for companies in the insurance industry. Nadia continued working full time for the company while earning her J.D. at Brooklyn Law School.

During law school, Nadia was published in the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, on which she subsequently served as an Executive Notes and Comments Editor. Nadia also served as a legal extern for Brooklyn Law School’s Consumer Law Clinic in conjunction with the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project. There, she counseled clients and drafted motions on a variety of consumer debt cases.

Nadia enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and watching documentaries.
