Nabeel Gadit
AssociateNabeel Gadit is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Nabeel’s legal experience includes federal and state litigation, national security law, and regulatory compliance. As an active-duty judge advocate in the U.S. Army, he litigated more than 20 contested criminal trials and advised on over 100 complex investigations involving misconduct, accident and safety incidents, property loss or damage, and contract and procurement irregularities.
Before joining Rivkin Radler, Nabeel served as assistant general counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). There, he advised senior leadership on regulatory compliance and acted as product counsel for GSA’s Technology Transformation Services, focusing on cloud computing, identity verification, and digital services. His role included negotiating and drafting agreements related to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, and technology acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, Nabeel was an assistant district attorney in the District Court Bureau of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted cases primarily involving Driving While Intoxicated offenses.
A native of Queens, NY, Nabeel continues his military service as a reservist and National Security Law attorney in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
