Morgan Moceyunas is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group, representing insurers on a broad range of coverage matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Morgan honed her trial skills abilities through her position as an attorney for the Department of Children and Families. She built her reputation as a skilled advocate and in 2021 was awarded Litigator of the Year for the Northeast Region by the Department of Children and Families. She went on to gain experience working for a well-known insurance defense firm in Jacksonville, FL, handling personal injury matters.
Morgan earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in May 2020. During her time in law school, Morgan served on the executive boards for the Florida Moot Court Team and the Law Association for Women.
