Morgan Miller is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. She focuses on complex third-party claims and advises clients on a variety coverage matters, from initial analysis through resolution. In addition to drafting coverage position letters, she also engages in risk transfer efforts. She drafts and pursues tender demands, responds to demands from others, negotiates with opposing parties, and engages in litigation to achieve positive results for clients.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Morgan completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kimberly Espinales-Maloney, J.S.C., in New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson County, Civil Division, where she analyzed numerous motions each cycle (primarily those seeking summary judgment), researched novel legal issues, and drafted opinions. In this role she regularly facilitated mediations, guiding negotiations with both businesses and individual litigants to quickly resolve contentious claims with minimal court involvement.
While in law school, Morgan served as a notes editor for the Rutgers Law Record and as a teaching associate for a legal analysis, research and writing skills course. She interned for the Honorable Nesle Rodriguez, P.J.F.P. (in New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson County, Family Division), for the Honorable Bridget Stecher, J.S.C. (in New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County, Civil Division), and for the New York State Education Department Office of Professional Discipline.
