Morgan is skilled at researching complex issues to find solutions for her clients. Her favorite parts about insurance coverage are understanding nuances in the law and navigating differences among jurisdictions to develop effective legal strategies.
Morgan Miller is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Morgan was associated with an insurance coverage group at a firm in Manhattan, where she monitored claims related to health care facilities and drafted coverage letters. Additionally, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kimberly Espinales-Maloney, J.S.C. (New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson County).
While in law school, Morgan served as a notes editor for the Rutgers Law Record and as a teaching associate for a legal analysis, research and writing skills course. She interned for the Honorable Nesle Rodriguez, P.J.F.P. (New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson County), for the Honorable Bridget Stecher, J.S.C. (New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County), and for the New York State Education Department Office of Professional Discipline.
