Mohammed appreciates the opportunity to guide individuals and families through some of life’s most personal and important decisions. He combines technical precision with compassion and care to craft tailored estate plans and help clients navigate the loss of a loved one.
Mohammed Haque is an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
Previously, Mohammed served as a trusts and estates law clerk at Rivkin Radler. He also worked at Touro Law University’s Bankruptcy and Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic – an in-house program that offers pro-bono services to clients in financial distress or at risk of losing their homes.
While in law school, Mohammed served as a senior staff member for the Touro Law Review and the Journal of Gender, Race & Ethnicity.
Additionally, in his first and second years of law school, he served as a commercial and corporate litigation law clerk in a boutique law firm in Garden City. Mohammed then joined Rivkin Radler as a summer associate and was involved with multiple practice areas within the firm.
At Fordham University, Mohammed was extended an invitation to Omnicron Delta Epsilon, the International Economics Honor Society. After graduating, he worked as a legal assistant in a midsized law firm and a paralegal in a boutique firm.
