Mirielle is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group. She represents and advises insurers in complex coverage matters involving commercial general liability, commercial automobile, professional liability, employment practices liability, property, and other commercial insurance policies. Her practice includes analyzing coverage, liability, and exposure issues, preparing coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights and disclaimer letters, and representing insurers in declaratory judgment and other coverage litigation. She also counsels clients regarding additional insured status, priority of coverage, defense and indemnity obligations, and the strategic resolution of claims through litigation, settlement, and mediation.
Before focusing her practice on insurance coverage, Mirielle represented clients in a broad range of commercial disputes. Her experience includes litigating bad-faith claims and actions alleging breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, and other business-related claims. She has managed matters through all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting discovery, preparing substantive briefs, and assisting clients in developing practical litigation strategies.

Mirielle previously served as a member of the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division’s First-Generation Initiative, where she helped develop and coordinate content. She now serves on the Young Lawyers Division’s Membership Board.
