Mirielle gravitated toward litigation for its fast pace, layered strategy, and the opportunity to be an advocate when it matters most. She enjoys the balance between deep legal analysis and real-world application.
Mirielle Nezamy is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mirielle graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The City University of New York, Queens College, and received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School where she was president of the Women’s Legal Forum and Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
After her second year of law school, Mirielle was a summer associate at Rivkin Radler, gaining experience in a variety of the firm’s practice areas. Prior to that Mirielle was an intern in the Claims Bureau at the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
In her final year of law school, Mirielle interned at Notre Dame’s Community Development Clinic, where she worked directly with clients by advising and representing them on a range of business, nonprofit, and real estate law matters, and by preparing contracts, bylaws, and other documents.
Mirielle enjoys swimming, kickboxing, baking, and exploring museums.
