Michele is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Michele worked as an associate attorney for a civil litigation firm in Mineola, NY, for over 5 ½ years. She worked primarily in insurance defense and no-fault law, litigating issues such as medical necessity, policy coverage, and material misrepresentation. Michele managed a large caseload and gained extensive experience with motion practice, examinations under oath, arbitrations and trials.
Michele attended St. John’s University School of Law on a full academic scholarship. She served on advocacy clinics inside and outside of law school because she is dedicated to public service and helping those in need. Fluent in Spanish, Michele is a proud daughter of parents that emigrated to the United States.
