Michael J. Jones represents clients in complex civil and commercial disputes.
A partner in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance Coverage Practice Groups, Michael represents insurance companies in insurance coverage litigation and extra-contractual disputes in federal and state courts throughout the country.
He routinely litigates cases involving claims regarding insurance coverage, environmental contamination, professional liability, D&O liability, general liability, toxic torts, wrongful death, premises liability, contract interpretation, product liability, construction defect, employee benefits liability and other insurance coverage claims.
He is also coverage counsel to a major insurer for issues arising in connection with their pollution legal liability policies, general liability policies and professional liability policies for professions including environmental consultants, insurance brokers, technology companies, educational institutions and attorneys.
