Madison Willmott is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Madison earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in May 2025, where she served as Notes Editor of William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. Madison was also a member of the William & Mary Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team, serving as senior tournament director.

During law school, Madison gained practical experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Steven I. Locke of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also worked as a Summer Associate at Rivkin Radler in 2024, where she engaged in a wide range of complex legal matters.

Madison graduated summa cum laude from Fairfield University prior to attending law school.

Madison regularly volunteers her time to provide pro bono services through the Nassau County Bar Association’s Access to Justice Program.
