Madison chose to practice law for its fast-paced nature and constant opportunities to learn. She specifically enjoys commercial litigation, where the ever-evolving legal landscape challenges her to think critically and adapt quickly.
Madison Willmott is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Madison earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in May 2025, where she served as Notes Editor of William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. Madison was also a member of the William & Mary Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team, serving as senior tournament director.
During law school, Madison gained practical experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Steven I. Locke of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also worked as a Summer Associate at Rivkin Radler in 2024, where she engaged in a wide range of complex legal matters.
Madison graduated summa cum laude from Fairfield University prior to attending law school.
