Laura J. Mulholland is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Laura worked as a litigation associate in a regional business law practice, making regular court appearances and serving as litigation counsel in matters spanning the simple to the complex, including shareholder disputes, corporate dissolution matters and real estate cases.
While attending Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Laura served as the Issue Editor on the Touro Law Review and authored a published article. She also served as a research assistant to constitutional law Professor Jeffrey B. Morris and received the distinguished CALI award for earning the top grade in multiple courses.
Laura received the Young Lawyer Recognition Award at the ABA Property Law Committee Meeting, which is given to a young attorney who has demonstrated excellence in property insurance law.
Laura is an enthusiastic traveler and an avid runner.
