Keith S. Grover concentrates his practice in all aspects of civil defense litigation, including Construction/Labor Law, Premises Liability, Automotive Liability, Child Victims Act litigation, and Products Liability.

Keith is well versed in handling high exposure Construction/Labor Law lawsuits involving alleged violations of Labor Law §§200, 240(1), and 241(6) and the New York State Industrial Code and aggressively investigates and pursues potential risk transfer opportunities on behalf of property owners and tenants, as well as contractors.

In his automotive liability practice, Keith defends lawsuits arising from motor vehicle accidents involving cars and trucks and claims based upon defective vehicular equipment. He also devotes a portion of his practice to representing automobile insurers in lawsuits and arbitrations involving Supplementary Uninsured Motorist (SUM), Uninsured Motorist, and Underinsured Motorist claims, including those lawsuits with allegations of bad faith claim handling by insurers.

Keith’s premises liability practice includes representing commercial and residential property owners and tenants and businesses in a wide array of lawsuits, include those involving slip/trip-and-fall accidents, assault and battery claims, negligent security claims, and sports and recreational injury claims.

Among Keith’s many clients, he represents major colleges and universities, New York City’s largest sports and entertainment complex, some large concert and entertainment venues, major religious institutions, and one of the largest commercial truck leasing companies in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Keith practices regularly in the courts of New York City’s five boroughs and the surrounding suburban counties including Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange. He also handles cases in several courts in Upstate New York, including those in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany, and the Federal Courts in New York.
