Jordan Bryant is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She practices commercial litigation involving complex insurance matters, appeals, class actions, fraud, defense of personal injury protection (PIP) claims, and various general issues raised throughout litigation.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jordan obtained statewide litigation experience in the areas of first-party property insurance and breach of contract, as well as litigation experience under Florida and federal disability law. She also has a significant history in customer service, which she implements in her daily legal practice and communications with her clients.

As a Jacksonville native, Jordan attended Florida Coastal School of Law where she competed in Moot Court Honor Board competitions and was a Legislator for the Student Bar Association. She also served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Student Association and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society.

Jordan received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she worked as a student intern in the Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Law Clinic restoring parental rights through guardian advocacy. Jordan is a proud Gator. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in criminology and law from the University of Florida.

Jordan has a passion for juvenile justice reformation and the use of trauma-informed rehabilitation methods.
