John Marino has extensive experience in class actions and complex commercial litigation involving insurance matters, deceptive business practices and consumer fraud. He has been lead counsel in class actions and other complex litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country, including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
John has obtained dismissals on the merits prior to certification, as well as defeated class certification, in numerous class actions across several jurisdictions.
