Jessica J. Williams
Associate
Jessica works closely with her clients to build an effective, successful litigation strategy across a variety of cases. She works to become intimately familiar with her clients’ business practices and their cases, developing legal arguments that fill the gaps so often created by prevailing case law and statutes.
Jessica Williams is an associate in the Insurance Coverage and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups, defending insurers in complex coverage litigation.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler’s Jacksonville office, Jessica practiced at another Jacksonville firm where she handled a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract and insurance disputes, trademark claims, and commercial torts. She has a breadth of experience bringing and defending claims in both state and federal court.
During law school, Jessica served as a member of the Florida Law Review, a part-time law firm clerk, a constitutional law tutor, and an executive committee member for the law school’s LGBTQ+ organization. She received book awards in both First Amendment law and trademark law and was published in the Florida Law Forum for her article on LGBTQ+ rights in the workplace.
