Jenna M. Pettograsso is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on no-fault insurance, representing national and regional insurers against fraudulent health care claims.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jenna was an intern in the Appeals, General Felonies, and Major Offense Bureaus of the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. There, she handled all aspects of a case from inception, including hearings, drafting and arguing motions, bench trials, and drafting appeals for the Third District.
While at Albany Law School, Jenna was a semi-finalist in the Donna Jo Morse Client Counseling Competition and a competitor in the Dominic A. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.
Jenna enjoys photography and reading in her free time.
