James Lauria is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s General Liability group.
Graduating from Albany Law School in 2025, James interned for New York State Senator Patrick M. Gallivan. Additionally, James was a teaching assistant for Torts and Property classes and served as a research assistant for Professor Tenenbaum, helping her publish articles on health law.
James competed in multiple moot court competitions, where he gained valuable insight and experience while working with and learning from practicing attorneys.
In his free time, James loves traveling, playing or watching all sports, in particular rugby, and spending time with friends and family.
