Jackson brings the same passion for investigation he developed as a Queens County ADA to developing cases for his clients. His strong organizational and time management skills allow him to manage multiple deadlines.
Jackson Deterding is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud & Recovery Practice Group.
Before joining Rivkin Radler, Jackson served as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County for four years, where he gained significant investigative and courtroom experience handling a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases. He also spent time in the Appeals Bureau, where he drafted respondent’s briefs and successfully argued before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division and Appellate Term, Second Department.
Jackson received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Brian C. Buescher of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and represented tenants in eviction proceedings.
