Hilary Drabkin is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud and Recovery Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Hilary clerked for Justice Arthur F. Engoron of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County.

Hilary is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, made Dean’s List, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her LLCs & Partnerships class. Hilary also served as the treasurer of Brooklyn Law’s Intellectual Property Law Association and deputy managing editor of the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic newsletter.

Before attending law school, Hilary spent eight years working in entertainment and digital marketing, where she focused on content strategy and led influencer marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
