Gidon Shamir is counsel in the firm’s Construction Practice Group, where he assists with transactional leasing matters.
Gidon’s practice involves representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office and industrial spaces throughout the U.S., including drafting and negotiating requests for proposal, letters of intent, subleases, license agreements, easement agreements, service agreements, brokerage agreements, confidentiality agreements, and access agreements. He has represented REITS and various large property owners, developers and global companies in facilitating leasing transactions for high end retail stores, shopping centers, warehouse/industrial sites, offices, and restaurants across the country.
In addition to leasing, Gidon has represented sellers and purchasers in the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties and the closing of related mortgage loan financings.
Gidon is a graduate of Yeshiva University, Bernard Revel Graduate School, and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
In his free time, Gidon enjoys running and supporting his favorite hometown sports teams from Cleveland.
