Felicia draws on her experience caring for her father, a disabled war veteran who suffered a traumatic brain injury. She assists her clients and their families in navigating the Medicaid and veterans’ benefits bureaucracies. Felicia understands that no two situations are alike and that plans must be tailored to each client’s needs.

Felicia Pasculli concentrates in the areas of elder law, special needs law and trusts and estates.
Felicia chose to focus on elder law after seeing how our country’s bureaucratic system failed her own parents, both of whom suffered from dementia. She has since devoted her career advocating for the rights of elders, including those with dementia or cognitive impairments and children with special needs.
Felicia believes in providing compassionate, creative, and comprehensive solutions for her clients’ needs.

Felicia is a founder of the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation and the Family Council at the Northport VA Medical Center. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law & Special Needs section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She has lectured extensively for NAELA, NYSBA, and the New York State Women’s Bar Association. Her topics have included the intersection of public benefits like Medicaid and VA pensions, community and nursing home Medicaid, asset protection trusts, and advance directives.
The American Bar Association-accredited National Elder Law Foundation named Felicia a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), where she is one of only approximately 500 nationwide.
Selected as the Lawyer of the Year for Elder Law by Best Lawyers ®, Felicia has been named to New York Metro Super Lawyers since 2011. Super Lawyers named her to its list of Top 100 Attorneys in the New York Metro area each year since 2022, and in 2025, Felicia was named to its Top 50 Women list.
