Eric methodically approaches every facet of a case, striving to be the most prepared person in the room. He is committed to making himself available to his clients, helping them navigate through tough, and at times, lengthy, legal challenges from beginning to end.
An associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation and General Liability Practice Groups, Eric Santos devotes much of his practice to commercial litigation and general liability defense. He also maintains a general law practice with an emphasis on litigation. Eric represents insurance companies in automobile, general liability, and complex personal injury claims. He also represents businesses that may require legal assistance in the normal course of business. His attention to detail and commitment to his community has made him a valuable asset to the firm.
While at Washington and Lee University School of Law, Eric served as a law ambassador for the school while also volunteering his time to a variety of community-oriented organizations, including the Latin American Law Students Association and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Eric served as the first president of the Hudson Valley Hispanic Bar Association, which he co-founded with a group of well-respected members of the legal community. He served as a member of the Hudson Valley Hispanic Bar Association’s Steering Committee during the Bar Association’s progression toward inception and has helped the Bar Association grow to become a thriving and well-respected voice in the legal community. Upon the conclusion of his presidential term, Eric began serving on the Bar Association’s Board of Governors.
