A former prosecutor and seasoned litigator, Domenick brings sharp courtroom instincts and a strategic edge to his insurance fraud defense practice. With a background in technology and a meticulous, detail-driven approach, he excels at managing complex, high-volume cases with precision and purpose.
Domenick J. Pesce is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Domenick served as an assistant district attorney at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. During his time there, Domenick prosecuted a wide array of violent and non-violent misdemeanor and felony cases. Domenick handled all aspects of prosecution, including criminal investigations, search warrants, grand jury presentations and evidentiary pre-trial hearings. Throughout his time as a prosecutor, he also completed numerous jury and non-jury trials to verdict.
Domenick is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and president of the Hofstra Law Division of the Federal Bar Association.
