Daniel E. Furshpan is a trial attorney whose practice centers on general liability and medical malpractice defense.
On the general liability side, Dan takes on high-exposure cases for private individuals, property owners, universities, construction management companies, contractors, and major commercial clients — tackling premises liability, motor vehicle accident, and construction-site accidents under New York Labor Law through every phase of litigation.
In medical malpractice, he stands beside hospitals, physicians, and adult care facilities when the stakes are highest, defending complex claims from first filing through verdict.
