Conor is dedicated to advocating for his clients and committed to holding wrongdoers accountable. As a former prosecutor and claims examiner, he brings experience in fraud cases and insight into the insurance industry.
Conor Byrnes is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He focuses his practice on investigating and prosecuting civil RICO actions, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments tied to large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Conor served as an assistant district attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. As an assistant district attorney in the Appeals Bureau, Conor drafted and edited appellate briefs addressing complex constitutional and procedural claims. He also developed significant courtroom experience by presenting oral arguments in numerous cases before New York appellate courts.
Conor graduated summa cum laude from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he served as a research editor on the Touro Law Review.
