Claudia Honan (Hinrichsen) represents health care clients in connection with all health law and business-related matters, corporate governance, managed care, fraud and abuse, corporate compliance, transactional arrangements, HIPAA issues, and patient-related legal issues.
She devotes a considerable portion of her practice to representing clients in all aspects of managed care, including network formation, compliance, and corporate governance; negotiation and dispute resolution with respect to managed care contract issues; payor audits; and pursuing managed care companies for underpayments owed to health care providers.
Claudia has contributed to many publications on health law topics ranging from HIPAA and corporate compliance to fraud and abuse.
