Catherine is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. An experienced litigator, Catherine handles a broad range of complex commercial matters in a variety of industries and practice areas.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Catherine was a litigator in the Complex Commercial Disputes practice group at a large law firm in New York City where she represented a wide range of clients from individuals to national and international companies in federal and state courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings.

Catherine graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Catherine served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jerome St. John in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and a Dean Acheson stagiaire in the Cabinet of Judge Heikki Kanninen, Vice President of the General Court of the European Union. Catherine also served as a staff member on the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and in the Seton Hall Law Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic. She earned her undergraduate degree from Villanova University.

Catherine was recognized in Best Lawyers in America’s Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation in 2022 and 2024. Ones to Watch is a recognition given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice. Additionally, she was named a 2023 New York Metro Rising Star. The Risings Stars list is comprised of the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40.
