Brian L. Feld is a litigation partner at Rivkin Radler and a member of the firm’s Complex Torts & Product Liability, Medical Malpractice and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He has a diverse litigation practice and defends clients in product liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice, complex premises liability, construction accident and New York Labor Law actions.

Brian has significant experience defending manufacturers of products in complex cases involving medical devices, dental appliances, pharmaceuticals, heavy machinery and consumer products.  He has served as national coordinating counsel for defendants in product liability, fraud and negligence actions filed by plaintiffs across the country. He has served as lead counsel in these cases, has worked collaboratively with other law firms in coordinating a global defense strategy and has also served as national settlement counsel. Brian has considerable experience defending nationally prominent product and equipment manufacturers and suppliers against claims of asbestos exposure in the New York County Asbestos Litigation (NYCAL). He regularly contributes to the development and execution of strategic litigation tactics and works closely with medical, scientific and regulatory experts.

Brian has litigated in both federal and state courts, and his work encompasses pre-litigation through post-trial representation. He has also represented clients in a wide array of disputes involving commercial transactions, breaches of contract, business torts, fraud and deceptive and unfair trade practices. He is a steadfast advocate of pro bono service and regularly provides pro bono representation to the indigent in landlord-tenant court.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Brian focused his practice on litigation matters, defending corporate clients in state and federal courts in areas that include product liability, wrongful death, personal injury, toxic tort and premises liability.
