For Brandi, each day is a new learning experience. She enjoys the variety of her work—as no two assignments or hearings are the same. The evolving nature of the practice of law keeps her engaged, and she appreciates the fast-paced environment of insurance defense litigation.
Brandi Holton is part of the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation and insurance defense.
Brandi represents insurance companies in a wide range of coverage matters, including general liability, first- and third-party coverage actions, and other emerging coverage issues. She has represented insurance companies and insureds in coverage actions, bad faith litigation, and defense of uninsured motorists.
At the Florida Coastal School of Law, Brandi served as technical editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review. A highlight of Brandi’s time in law school was her judicial internship with the Honorable Harvey J. Schlesinger, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, where she primarily assisted in breach of contract actions.

Serving on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Women’s Lawyers Association, Brandi is also the organization’s director of membership. This role allows her to promote diversity in the legal community, participate in circuit-wide networking events, and lead community service projects.
Since 2019, Legal 500 has recommended Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage practice in the Insurance: Advice to Insurers category. The Insurance Coverage Practice Group since 2016 has been included in the Chambers USA directory in the Insurance: Dispute Resolution: Insurer category.
