Ana Parikh is a litigation partner at Rivkin Radler and a member of the firm’s Professional Liability, Labor & Employment, General Liability, and Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Groups. She has a diverse litigation background representing clients from individuals to corporate entities in state and federal court.
In the Professional Liability and Labor & Employment realm, Ana focuses her practice on defending professionals. She has represented lawyers, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, title agents, collection agencies, not-for-profit directors and officers, and other professionals in complex professional liability and commercial litigations. Ana also defends employers in employment litigation, including discrimination claims, wrongful termination, CEPA violations, and wage and hour claims, as well as condominium boards accused of breaching their fiduciary duty, housing and ADA discrimination, and other related claims.
In the General Liability realm, Ana litigates general liability disputes including premises liability, automotive liability, construction accidents, wrongful death actions, toxic torts, and product liability. Her Medical Malpractice Defense work is focused on defending physicians, home care professionals, medical practices in medical malpractice and negligence actions.
