Amanda is a passionate litigator and strategist. Her analytical approach to every challenge allows her to identify strong arguments in the defense of each client, providing the best opportunity for success in litigation.
Amanda Drantch is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Complex Torts & Products Liability, General Liability, Medical Malpractice Defense, and Professional Liability Practice Groups.
Previously a summer law clerk at Rivkin Radler, Amanda developed a passion for litigation. Since then, she has successfully defended clients in matters related to nursing home liability, medical and other professional malpractice, and toxic tort litigation.
In May 2023, Amanda graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law. During her time in law school, Amanda was the managing editor of the Journal of Global Rights and Organizations, a publication focusing on objective reporting on human rights and impunity issues.
During her second and third years of law school, Amanda served as a student attorney in the Bankruptcy Clinic, where she had the opportunity to work directly with clients and assisted them in preparing Chapter 7 petitions and related documents.
Additionally, Amanda received the CALI Award for Constitutional Criminal Procedure and for her achievements as a student attorney in the Bankruptcy Clinic, marking her academic excellence.
