Alison focuses on trusts and estates to give clients peace of mind about their futures and loved ones. She helps them make important decisions with clarity and confidence, tailoring careful plans to each family’s relationships, priorities and concerns.
Alison Gladowsky is counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Her practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and estate and trust administration. She advises individuals and families on planning for the future and guides executors, administrators and trustees through their fiduciary responsibilities.
Alison works closely with clients to develop estate plans that reflect their wishes and address their individual circumstances. She takes the time to listen, explain their options, and make complex legal concepts accessible. In probate and estate administration matters, she provides practical guidance and attentive support to families navigating the loss of a loved one.
Alison previously spent 20 years in private practice concentrating on trusts and estates and probate matters. Earlier in her career, she clerked for a New York State Supreme Court judge.
Alison earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as articles editor of the Cardozo Women’s Law Journal, and her undergraduate degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Outside of her practice, Alison enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.
