Alexa Pappas is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Fraud group. She practices commercial litigation involving complex insurance matters, appeals, class actions, fraud, defense of personal injury protection claims, and various general issues raised throughout litigation.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Alexa obtained experience practicing general defense litigation, representing individuals, insurance companies, and privately held corporations in cases involving automobile liability, personal injury, and premises liability.

Alexa earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. She subsequently received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Board, production editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal, and secretary of the Law Association for Women.
