The daughter of a physician, health care has always interested Ada and has been an integral part of her life. She works closely with her health care clients to help them navigate the legal landscape so that they can focus their time and energy on what they do best – which is treating their patients.
Ada Janocinska concentrates her practice on regulatory and transactional matters within the health care industry.
A partner in Rivkin Radler’s Health Services Practice Group, Ada represents health care providers, medical groups, hospitals, outpatient facilities and other business entities that serve the health care industry. She advises clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including formation of business entities, joint ventures, employment negotiations and compliance programs involving Medicaid and Medicare, Stark and Anti-Kickback Law, and the False Claims Act.
Ada also practices in Rivkin Radler’s Privacy, Data & Cyber Law Practice Group, where she advises clients in and outside of the health care industry on complying with HIPAA and the HITECH Act, and responding to any threats or breaches to an organization’s privacy and cyber security.

During law school, Ada earned a certificate in health law and served on the Editorial Board of Hofstra Law Review. She also received an award for outstanding achievement in the Health Law and Policy Clinic at Hofstra, where she worked as a student attorney and represented a nonprofit health services organization in implementing internal scope of practice and risk management policies for community health workers.

Ada previously served as a senior fellow for the Gitenstein Institute for Health Law and Policy, where she worked on several community outreach projects that strived to improve access to quality care and pave the way for positive change in the health care delivery system.
Ada has been named to New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2020. The Rising Stars list is comprised of the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40.
She has been recognized in Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in America® from 2021 to 2023. Ones to Watch is a recognition given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice.
Additionally, Long Island Business News recognized Ada with the Leadership in Law Associate Award in 2020.
