For over 20 years, Aaron E. Zerykier has focused his practice on commercial litigation, with experience litigating construction disputes, business dissolutions, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, and business torts in federal and state trial courts.
Aaron serves as a trusted advisor to his clients, recognizing that business owners are risk-averse and often seek to avoid litigation. He has represented a variety of clients in the construction industry, such as real estate developers and owners, major subcontractors, design professionals and public entities.
Aaron also represents clients in business divorce cases involving dissolution and other disputes among co-owners of closely held business entities. He has represented both control and non-control owners, often in family-held businesses. Aaron frequently counsels business owners prior to litigation, advising them of their rights and assisting in designing and negotiating an amicable separation of the parties.
A frequent guest lecturer at law schools and other forums, Aaron shares the knowledge he has gained through his practice.
