Kaiser to Present at PLI Life Sciences Program

On October 10, Rivkin Radler’s Jeff Kaiser will be a panelist at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, “Life Sciences 2019: Navigating Legal Challenges in the Drug and Device Industries.” Jeff will speak on “Enforcement Trends Impacting the Drug and Device Industries,” including developments under the False Claims Act, federal Anti-Kickback Statute, off-label promotion, and individual liability.

The overall program will examine the current state of life sciences law and what the future might hold, including the explosive growth of digital health and accompanying legal issues; the latest regulatory developments at the FDA; and recent trends in pricing and reimbursement, effective compliance and investigation practices, and enforcement.

The program will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at PLI New York, 1177 Avenue of the Americas, Second Floor, New York, NY.
