2015 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 6195, 2015 N.Y. Slip Op. 06329 (2d Dep’t July 29, 2015) – Defendant failed to comply with Insurance Company’s discovery demands, failed to demonstrate a reasonable excuse for their default in complying with the terms of the conditional order and failed to establish a meritorious defense to the complaint. As such, insurance company was entitled to Judgment.
