William Savino will participate as a panelist at the Nassau Academy of Law CLE Program on May 9, 2013. Mr. Savino’s topic will be “The Client’s Perspective of Business Litigation.”

An extraordinary panel of distinguished judges, well-known commercial litigators and prominent in-house counsel for major corporations will present an interactive program featuring practical advice and strategies for winning commercial cases in NYS courts.

The program includes a discussion of strategic issues involved in case investigation and evaluation; insights into the client’s perspective of business litigation; effective handling of provisional remedies and motions; current discovery issues and deposition techniques; trial and appellate advocacy; and ethics related to commercial representations.

This program was approved for 5 NYMCLE credit hours:  .5 ethics and 4.5 areas of practice OR .5 ethics, 3 skills, 1.5 areas of practice.
