Ullman Interviewed about ABH Recall
April 7, 2020 |Marc Ullman spoke with NutraingredientsUSA.com about the impact of the ABH recall on the entire nutritional supplements industry, as thousands of products were recalled as part of a consent decree, which covered 859 businesses and brands. ABH is a contract manufacturer that was sanctioned by the FDA for repeatedly failing to comply with regulations.
Marc noted that this is a reminder that even if a company does not manufacture products themselves, they are still beholden to GMP rules.
