Rivkin Radler Welcomes Two New Associates

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Timothy Bang and Siobhain Minarovich have joined the firm.

Timothy Bang has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group as an Associate.

Timothy helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Timothy was an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.

Siobhain Minarovich has joined the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group as an Associate.

Siobhain concentrates her practice on insurance coverage litigation and related counseling. She represents insurers in a wide range of coverage and litigation matters in New York State and federal courts, as well as state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Siobhain was an Associate at Biedermann Hoenig Semprevivo in New York, NY.
