Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Partner

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Khoren Bandazian has joined the firm as a Partner.

Khoren Bandazian has joined the firm’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group.

Bandazian practices in all areas of commercial real estate acquisition, financing, leasing, development and sales. He also serves as counsel to lenders in connection with their real estate and asset-based lending. Bandazian has experience in distressed asset acquisitions and sales, including debt instrument acquisitions. He is active in the practice of community association law, serving both as a board member and in representing developers and associations in connection with the formation and management of community associations.

Bandazian has extensive experience in counseling businesses, from formation and drafting of partnership and shareholder agreements to liquidation and other disposition of corporate assets. He has represented clients ranging on issues from trademark infringement to corporate divorce. He works with his clients to achieve a business solution first, while always protecting their legal rights.

Bandazian is an active leader in the Greater New York Armenian community, donating his time to improve the lives of the people living in Armenia. He has previously served as Chairman of the Armenia Fund USA, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to economic and infrastructure development in Armenia. He also serves on the board of the Armenian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Emerson, New Jersey and is working on the development of a new skilled nursing facility in conjunction with the Hackensack Meridian Health Network.
