Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Associate
January 8, 2018 |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Kaitlyn Flynn has joined the firm as an Associate.
Kaitlyn Flynn, of Kew Gardens, NY, has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Kaitlyn was an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.
As a felony trial assistant in the Narcotics Trials Bureau, she prosecuted a wide variety of cases, including assaults, robberies, burglaries, drug-related offenses and attempted murders. Kaitlyn handled the prosecution of these cases from intake to trial, conducting investigations, plea negotiations and hearings. She also conducted several bench and jury trials to verdict.
