Rivkin Radler welcomes new associate

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Thomas P. Brennan has joined the Firm in the Litigation & Appeals and White Collar, Investigations and Compliance Advisory Practice Groups.

Thomas has extensive civil and criminal law experience. As a civil litigator, he defends a wide variety of clients in claims involving premises liability, construction accidents, labor law violations, negligent supervision, and motor vehicle accidents.  Thomas also has defended physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions. 

Thomas is also part of Rivkin Radler’s white collar defense group.  His strong litigation skills, combined with his criminal law experience, enable Thomas to zealously represent clients charged with white collar crimes.

Before joining Rivkin Radler, Thomas was an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.  Assigned to the Trial Division, Thomas prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases.  He obtained many felony convictions in cases ranging from home invasions and kidnapping, to gun possession and attempted murder.

An adjunct professor in trial advocacy at St. John’s University School of Law, Thomas teaches trial techniques and has coached trial advocacy teams at national competitions.
