Rivkin Radler Welcomes Joseph Russo

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Joseph Russo, of Manhasset Hills, NY, has joined the firm as an Associate in the Personal, Family & Business Planning Practice Group, resident in the Uniondale office.

Russo concentrates his practice on tax law and has extensive experience providing tax advisory services to professional investors and entrepreneurs. He advises clients on a wide array of federal, state, and local tax matters, including pass-through entity and corporate matters, domestic entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and inbound and outbound structuring.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Russo served as a Tax Manager at a large tax advisory and accounting firm.

Russo received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
