Rivkin Radler Welcomes Joel Greenberg

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Joel M. Greenberg, of Atlantic Beach, NY, has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s Health Services Practice Group, resident in the Uniondale office.

Greenberg has decades of experience advising healthcare clients regarding the business and legal issues that arise in their professional practices and how to properly adhere to the complicated maze of federal and state laws, rules and regulations that govern the healthcare industry. He counsels clients on the formation of new practice entities; their ongoing business operations; their compliance with federal and state fraud, abuse, self-referral, and professional misconduct rules; practice mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions; malpractice insurance; and most other business and legal issues that licensed healthcare professionals are likely to encounter in their private practices. Greenberg is also credentialled by the New York State Dental Association to provide legal services to its members in a host of different areas.

Prior to joining the firm, Greenberg was a partner at a healthcare law firm in New Jersey.

Greenberg received his Juris Doctor degree from The American University.
